From the Oval Office to Your Office—the Impact of a New Administration on HR Policy

Berkshire Expert Gives Presentation at 2008 NCHRA HR West Conference

COLUMBIA, MD—On September 15, 2008, Beth Ronnenburg, SPHR, of Berkshire Associates Inc., an industry leader in human resource services and solutions, will review both sides of the human resources ballot during a presentation at the 2008 NCHRA HR West Conference, entitled: From the Oval Office to Your Office.

During this interactive session, attendees will get to cast their HR vote as they learn how each political party, can potentially impact HR policy. This presentation will review the possible outcomes of changes in Immigration, HealthCare, Taxes, Social Security, and Government. Attendees will look at each candidate’s priorities, proposals, and policies, uncovering their impact on HR. These changes will inevitably force HR departments nationwide to adjust their spending to accommodate new government policy. With HR’s scarce budget, Ms. Ronnenburg will discuss how employees’ needs might change, and where to shift funds to prepare for changes in DC.
