This seminar will examine the relationship between diversity and affirmative action. Attendees will enjoy an interactive discussion on the similarities and differences between affirmative action and diversity, the legal risks associated with them, and some practical tips on how to create a lawful diversity program that values differences and encourages employee interaction while ensuring that your efforts do not cause unintentional consequences.

Fundamentals of Affirmative Action - Atlanta
Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the federal regulations that require your organization to produce an affirmative action plan. Each participant will gain the knowledge to complete the statistical and narrative portions of affirmative action plans, along with practical knowledge on how to survive an OFCCP audit.
